KehilatHaNahar, also known as The Little Shul by the River, is a progressive
Jewish synagogue formally affiliated with the Reconstructionist
movement. Housed in the c. 1850 Old New Hope School House, on 10
acres overlooking town, this building is the subject of New Hope
native artist, Joseph Pickett's famous painting from 1911 titled, "Manchester
Valley".
