KehilatHaNahar, also known as The Little Shul by the River, is a progressive Jewish synagogue formally affiliated with the Reconstructionist movement. Housed in the c. 1850 Old New Hope School House, on 10 acres overlooking town, this building is the subject of New Hope native artist, Joseph Pickett's famous painting from 1911 titled, "Manchester Valley".

www.newhopehistoricalsociety.org   - The New Hope Historical Society has been active since 1958. The Parry Mansion Museum, owned by teh Society, runs tours Saturdays, Sundays, and Holiday Mondays.
